# What Is Escrow and Open Source

With the Escrow package, you can obtain the specific PED you desire without the burden of a monthly fee. Once you purchase, the license will be delivered to your [<mark style="color:yellow;">**CFX Account**</mark>](https://portal.cfx.re/), allowing a one-time transfer to your development server. It's important to note that license transfers are irreversible, so if you plan to use the PED on more than one server, we recommend opting for the <mark style="color:yellow;">**Open Source**</mark> option.

After purchasing ESCROW PED, retrieve the license in your [<mark style="color:yellow;">**CFX Account**</mark>](https://portal.cfx.re/). Remember, you'll need to transfer the license to your development server, so communicate with your server administrator before making the purchase.

Please be aware that the file for escrow PED is locked, preventing modifications. However, you can still change the texture, as the YDD File remains unlocked.

When you purchase this package, you'll receive the master file for the PED, granting you full access to the file. If you plan to add more clothes to this PED in the future, it's necessary to have the open-source file. Kindly refrain from sharing or selling this package to friends or family, and please respect the creator's terms.\

You can delete .fxap file, because this opensource. you dont need this file. and make it zip again dan save it for backup the file. and send new file to your server.
